Restoring Peace, Rebuilding Relationships

Guiding families and individuals toward understanding, harmony, and a conflict-free life

About the Centre

At SHASHI RAM FAMILY MEDIATION CENTER, we believe every conflict can be transformed through understanding.

Our centre helps individuals and families find peaceful, practical solutions through guided communication and professional mediation — preserving relationships and restoring emotional balance.

We believe every individual deserves peace, clarity, and respect — even in times of conflict.

About the Founder

Udaya Rani Kairamkonda - Psychologist and Child & Family Counselor
( Expert - 19 years of experience in resolving family disputes )

I am a psychologist with extensive experience in family dispute resolution. As a Family Welfare Committee Member at DLSA, I have handled numerous pre-litigation and mediation cases — and currently serve as a Child Welfare Committee Member.

Years of working with families have shown me that empathy and communication can heal conflicts that law alone cannot. This realization inspired the creation of SHASHI RAM FAMILY MEDIATION CENTER, where families rediscover peace outside the courtroom.

We function as a multidisciplinary team of a Psychologist, Lawyer, and Social Worker, combining professional expertise to resolve issues amicably and effectively.

Vision:

To lead individuals toward a peaceful and fulfilling life — free from conflict and distress.

Mission:

To guide individuals and families in making thoughtful and balanced decisions that help them move forward and build a harmonious future.
